All seats are "at large" and anyone running for these offices must reside within the city limits of Emerson. Advanced Voting will be held at the Bartow County Elections Office, and Election Day of November 7th will be held at the City of Emerson Municipal Buildings located at 700 Highway 293, Emerson, GA.
