The City of Emerson is seeking to fill the position of a full-time Police Officer starting salary is $24 an hour. Must be Georgia P.O.S.T. certified. City pays 100% of medical, dental, vision and long term disability insurance for employee, City provides $15,000 life insurance policy with additional insurance policies available, GMA retirement vested after 5 years paid 100% by the City, POAB paid 100% by the City, 13 paid Holidays annually, 40 hours annual vacation, take home vehicle after FTO. $8,000 sign on bonus.
